Read the Press Release…
We love BlinkPro as much as you do. And we realize that in order to keep your loyalty to this great product, we need to make some changes for the better.
As the new owners of BlinkPro, we promise to:
Personally answer all support email with meaningful, intelligent responses;
Work to improve the BlinkPro service with new features and benefits;
Tell you upfront about the charges you will incur for continued use of BlinkPro (no more hidden charges);
Minimize downtime and improve site speed; and
Take your feedback seriously.
We have some housekeeping business to take care of. First, note that the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy have been edited to reflect the change in ownership. We encourage you to read these documents, but rest assured that unlike many other dot-coms, we’re reaffirming your privacy rights not taking them away.
Next, note that you may have seen some unusual behavior from QuickBlink, the Publishing Wizard, and the Member Page features over the past couple of weeks. This was caused by the separation of the Blink.com and Blinkpro.com sites into separate businesses. We have solved these problems for now, but we encourage you to use the URL www.blinkpro.com whenever possible and to move away from the Blink.com URL. We will give you advance warning when and if we lose access to the Blink.com URLs.
As always, if you have any questions or concerns feel free to contact us by clicking on the ‘Contact Us’ link at the bottom of every page.
